Denise Matula

Denise has been at St. Paul Church and School since 2002 when she accepted a position in the Pre-K classroom. She began her career when her children began school at St. Paul and St. Paul wanted to expand to a Pre-school program.
She received her Early Childhood Certification from the Children’s Council in Rochester.
Denise has been married o her husband, Lawrence since 1985. They have two sons, Joshua and Jonah, now grown and married. Denise shared an interesting story in that both of her sons met the love of their lives right here at St. Paul School. That just has to be shared as another affirmation of the wonders of a Christian education.
One can hear the love Denise has for each of her students as you talk with her. She is dedicated to each little one hoping to help them form a foundation to go forward in Christ.
When asked if she has a goal or mission, she replied that on a daily basis she wants each child to know God is always with us. It does not matter if something goes wrong that day, or if you make a mistake, God will always love you.
Our little ones are so fortunate to have Denise Matula starting them off on their venture through school.
St. Paul School was blessed the day God sent Denise to us and the blessing continues to this day and hopefully for many years to come.
